Chris J. Gatenby, our founder and president has been growing businesses for over thirty years . His experience includes leadership roles in established companies, leading start-ups and the acquisition and turnaround of failing companies.
Chris is a long-time user of psychometric assessments having been introduced to them in the 1980's as a way to select better candidates and manage them more effectively.
After beginning his career in capital equipment sales, Chris quickly advanced into management, executive and ownership roles. He is familiar with a broad range of service, distribution and manufacturing operations and industries. Roles that Chris has exceled at include President, CFO, Systems Director and Sales Manager.
Over the years Chris has served both large and smaller companies in the US and Canada. He earned his BSc in Business from York College of Pennsylvania. Chris and his wife of thirty years reside in the Jacksonville Florida area. They have three grown children. Chris is a charter member of the Rotary Club of Orange Park Sunset and a member of various business associations including the Jacksonville FL Chapter of SHRM.
