About our Principal
Chris Gatenby, our founder and president has been building companies for over thirty years. His accomplishments include building businesses from start-up as well as the acquisition and turnaround of failing companies.
He is a long-time user of employment assessments having been introduced to them in the 1980's as a way to select better candidates and manage them more effectively.
Chris began his professional career in capital equipment sales, quickly advancing into management, executive and ownership roles. He is familiar with a broad range of service, distribution and manufacturing operations and industries. Roles that Chris has exceled at include President, CFO, Systems Director and Sales Manager.
His clients over the years have included both large and smaller companies in the US and Canada. He earned his BSc in Business from York College of Pennsylvania. Chris and his wife of thirty years reside in the Jacksonville Florida area. They have three grown children.
